Donald Trump the name that needs no introduction has been in
light ever since 2014 who took the office as the present President of the

residences under the brand license of Trump Organization currently led by
Donald Trump Jr, The first phase of sale is set to have 3 and 4 bedroom
apartments with a price tag of 5 to 10 crores with a size of flats ranging from
3500sqft to 6000sqft.
Currently Trump towers are erected in Pune, Kolkata and
Mumbai, Gurgaon will be the fourth Trump tower project in India. The Company is
targeting 2500cr’s in revenue with the sale of 250 units of Apartments.
M3M currently has a land bank of 2200 acre in Gurgaon and
has successfully completed 8 projects and developing 12 new projects. The Trump
tower is set to have 50 floors is set to begin construction in March and will
be completed in 5 years time. The tower is set to have a glass façade with
private elevator for each residence.
This is believed to
be the biggest project in India with over 1million sqft of development.M3M has
provided land for development and Tribeca developers will be responsible for
Marketing this project and Trump organization
has provided the Brand name , The founder of Tribeca Kalpesh Mehta says
they will be targeting High net worth Individuals and NRI to sell this project.
With this Project in full swing it is said to strengthen the ties between US
and India and amplify its uniqueness according to sources there are very few
countries where president Trump shows Business interest and India happens to be
one of them.
On the first day of launch the project had bookings of
apartments worth 150 crore which is 8% of the project size in order to Woo the
customers first 100 customers will fly to US where Donald Trump Jr will host
them.
The project has already received the pre requisite approvals
and registered under RERA. In addition to this Tribeca is developing over 3
million sqft of branded residential projects valued at Rs 4000 crore and a
pipeline of 1.5 million sqft.
